1. Reservation

This reservation is a binding agreement. In case you decide not to follow up, please kindly inform us 1 day prior to your bookings via e-mail or cell. phones +420 603 168 427 or +420 739 571 003.

Please kindly reconfirm.

We would appreciate if you could send us the name of your hotel in Prague, so that we would be able to contact you after your arrival, in case it is necessary.

2. Confirmation

To confirm your reservation, kindly provide credit card details - number, expire date and cvc code - last 3 digits on the card's backside (Visa, MC, JCB or Diners; AmEx.) If you would not feel secure to send it by mail, please use a following certified secure website https://secure.wittmann-tours.eu

3. Prepayment

No prepayment is necessary for our services.

4. Cancellation

less than 24 hrs before the scheduled services entails a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the total price of the price of the services cancelled short-notice.

It is necessary to bring this confirmation voucher and present it to the guide.

5. Meeting point

GROUP TOURS only
Our tours depart from our Meeting Point, situated on the small plaza in front of the Intercontinental Hotel.

6. Arrival to the meeting point 

Please be so kind as to arrive at the meeting point about 5-7 min. earlier, to allow time for
purchasing the tickets from our representative.

7. Discounts

We do offer a 10% discount of your next regular group tour when purchasing tickets at the meeting point. The first regular group tour is always paid fully. Not applicable with private/ special / exclusive tours.
