TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Reservation
All tours must be booked in advance.
2. Agreement
The reservation is a binding agreement, and needs to be re-confirmed by the client.
3. Prepayment and booking
No prepayment is necessary for these services. We only request that you send us a C.C. info (number, expire date and cvc code = last 3 digits on the card's backside) in order to keep your reservations (Visa, MC, JCB or Diners; not Amex.) 4. Payment
For all Regular group tours we require payment in cash CZK. For Special Group tours and Private tours payment by wire transfer, credit card (VISA, MC)
5. Discounts
Regular group tours All holders of Wittmann tours Tickets receive 10% off their next regular group tour when purchasing tickets at the meeting point, paying cash.(not applicable in combination with private tours) Special group tours and Private tours – 10% discount provided for cash payments
6. Contact information
We would appreciate if you could send us the name of your hotel in Prague or your cellular phone, so that we would be able to contact you after your arrival, in case it is necessary.
7. Cancellation
Less than 24 hrs before the scheduled services entails a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the total price of the price of the services cancelled short-notice. In case you decide not to follow up, please kindly inform us 1 day prior to your bookings via e-mail or cell. phones 603 168 427 or 739 571 003.
8. Meeting point
For the regular group tours only: Our tours depart from our Meeting Point, situated on the small plaza in front of the Intercontinental Hotel.
