Dear Ms Wittmann and team,
 
Our family .... travelled to Terezin with your group tour on 07/072010 and I wanted to tell you our thoughts on the experience.
We found the tour to be absolutely the most authentic recreation of the despair and terror suffered by the inmates of that awful place Theresienstadt. Our guide was excellent; knowledgeable and human, she brought the horrors to life in our minds and left us all with an indelible set of memories to carry with us of mans inhumanity to his fellow man and a conviction that this must not happen again to anyone.

My wife and I were part of the tour "Prague's Jewish Quarter" last Friday, August 6 at 2PM. It was a marvelous tour led by a woman who really knew her subject and made the tour a highlight of our Prague visit. The young lady informed us that she had written a book on the subject, but only had 12 copies left and was considering another printing of the book.

Hello.  We really enjoyed the Terezin tour and our wonderful tour guide, Paul.  We will definitely recommend this tour to our friends travelling to Prague.  We would suggest that people are aware that they might bring lunch or a snack with them as there is really no lunch break from the time of meeting in the morning at 9:45 until returning at 4:00 or later in the afternoon.  Thank you,

Sylvie:

It is hard for me to believe that Carol and I are back in New York City.  The highlights of our vacation were the visit to Terezin with you and the visit to the Jewish Section with Vida.You both were so knowledgeable and informative - you brought the surroundings to life with the stories each of you told to Carol and me.  We were honored and privileged to have you and Vida as our guides and have a far greater appreciation and respect for what the Czechs went through in World War II and the 600+ year history of Czech Jews.

We also appreciated the extra time you took with us in Prague and your pointing out the church where the Czech parachutists sought sanctuary.  We went back there on Sunday.  What an important and moving story - the bravery and courage of those seven men!

I will certainly encourage those I know to visit Prague and to use you and your company.  We also hope to avail urselves of your services in the future when we return to the area.

Dear Sylvie, Marta, and the rest of the staff:

Yesterday my husband and I took the tour of the Jewish Quarter with Barbara, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Her enthusiasm was contagious and she obviously enjoys what she does.  She was extremely knowledgeable about so many aspects of the history and culture, and was able to convey the information and stories to us quite effectively.  We learned so much, and it made us interested to find out more.

Thank you very much for providing this wonderful tour for us.  While our ancestors came from other parts of Europe and not from the Czech Republic, it is still a part of our collective Jewish heritage.
