Announcement: please, do NOT use comcast.net emails to communicate with us. We are having problems to deliver our tour confirmation to this domain. Thank you! 1. When your emails cannot be delivered to us: From time to time your email cannot go through to us (its bouncing back to you). In this case, please, a) use this emergency form to send us your info: emergency contact form, you will need this password: wt1234. b) or if you want to order the tour, please, rather fill out the form: for regular and special tours or private tours. c) or fax us. We have 2 fax numbers in the contact page.
2. When our emails cannot be delivered to you: For example when you have not received any confirmations from us for longer than 3 business days. It is very likely that your email server rejected our office email. Therefore, it might help if you put our email:

Example: in aol.com you will do it by putting our email to your contacts or click on settings -> Spam controls -> and make it milder. After you do that let us know by this form: emergency contact form, password is wt1234. Also, use this form to send us your alternative email which we will be able to respond to.
