Reservation. Do I have to reserve my tour?
The answer is YES. All tours no matter if regular special or private MUST be booked in advance. Usually, 1 day ahead will do.

What currency ?
Price is in Czech Crowns, except the private tour which is in EUR.

What language are tours held in ?
All tours have English speaking guide.

Do you accept credit cards?
ONLY for PRIVATE TOUR arrangements we do accept Visa, MC, JCB or Diners; NOT AmEx.

Can I get a discount?
The first regular group tour is always paid fully. We do offer a 10 % discount of your next regular group tour when purchasing tickets at the meeting point, paying cash (Czech Crowns). Discount for students are available for some regular tours. Some regular tours are free for children till 6 y.o.

The Meeting point for all regular tours is on the little square in front of the Inter-Continental Hotel at the end of Pařížská street

How many people per tour?
With each tour we list a minimum amount of people which must attend the particular tour. In case there is NOT enough of people the tour can still be held but participants must cover the minimum payment for the tour.
EXAMPLE: Golden Prague Tour - minimum group size is 3 people (850 Czk per person), therefore the guide must receive 2550 Czk. However, if only 2 people are interested in this tour they have to pay the rest of the money, i.e. 850 Czk, so the total cost is in fact always 2550 Czk.

Schedules ?
Schedules for tours is always listed on the page with the tour. Regular tours are held as private tours if requested out of season.  

Availbility of the tours.
All tours are always available. This is due to the a great amount of guides Wittmann Tours outsources all the time. 

Cancellation policy.
less than 24 hrs before the scheduled services entails a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the total price of the price of the services cancelled short-notice.
