GENERAL CONDITIONS !!! In the winter months (i.e. January 1st untill March 15th) we do not operate any regular group tours, but only private tours, scheduled upon request !!! READ CAREFULLY 1. once your reservation has been confirmed it is understood as a binding agreement. In case you decide not to follow up, please kindly inform us 1 day prior to your bookings via e-mail or cell. phones 603 167 427 or 739 571 003. 2. We would appreciate if you could send us the name of your hotel in Prague, so that we would be able to contact you after your arrival, in case it is necessary. 3. Cancellation less than 24 hrs before the scheduled services entails a 20% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is calculated according to the total price of the price of the services cancelled short-notice. 4. Prepayment No prepayment is necessary for these services. We only request that you send us a C.C. info (number, expire date and cvc code = last 3 digits on the card's backside) in order to keep your reservations (Visa, MC, JCB or Diners; not AmEx.) Meeting point for the regular group tours: Our tours depart from our Meeting Point, situated on the small plaza in front of the Intercontinental Hotel (see the photo in the bottom of this page). 6. Please be so kind as to arrive at the meeting point about 5-7 min. earlier, to allow time for purchasing the tickets from our representative. 7. Payment of the regular group tours: For Regular Group Tours we request payment in cash Czech Crowns before the tour starts. 8. We do offer a 10 % discount of your next regular group tour when purchasing tickets at the meeting point.The first regular group tour is always paid fully. 9. It is inevitable to bring a confirmation voucher and present it to the guide.
